SHIPPING POLICY

Currently, zephyronline.com ships only within United States and Canada.

In order to make purchases at zephyronline.com, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States and Canada. At this time, zephyronline.com does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

In general, it will take 1 to 2 business days to process an online order. If you have an urgent shipment that requires delivery for next day, please contact Zephyr directly at 888-880-8368 Ext 1001.

UPS STANDARD GROUND DELIVERY

  • Delivery within 5 to 10 business days from ship date
  • Shipment confirmation with tracking number provided via email

UPS EXPRESS DELIVERY

  • Delivery within 3 business days from ship date
  • Shipment confirmation with tracking number provided via email

UPS OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

  • Delivery within 1 to 2 business days from ship date
  • Shipment confirmation with tracking number provided via email

RETURNS POLICY

90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

We warranty all non-consumable* products against manufacturer defects for a period of 90 days. To file a warranty claim, please contact us.

60 DAY RETURN POLICY

All returns must be accompanied by a Sales Return Order(SRO) authorization number. To obtain an SRO number, please fill out our contact form or call us at 1-888-880-8368. Returns are only accepted with an SRO number. You may initiate a return for an item(s) within 60 days of receipt for a refund of the original payment (minus shipping fees). Refunds will be initiated once the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

To qualify for a return, the item(s):
  • Must be in resalable condition
  • Must be free from scratches and/or defects
  • Must not have been installed
  • Must not be missing pieces

RESTOCKING FEE

A 15% restocking fee may be charged for the return of good stock.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If there is damage to the shipping packaging, fully inspect the product before signing any freight delivery receipts. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us for assistance.
