90 Day Limited Warranty

We warranty all non-consumable* products against manufacturer defects for a period of 90 days. To file a warranty claim, please email us at productsupport@zephyronline.com.


60 Day Return Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number, please email us at onlinesales@zephyronline.com or call us at 1-888-880-8368. Returns are only accepted with an RA number. You may initiate a return for an item(s) within 60 days of receipt for a refund of the original payment (minus shipping fees). Refunds will be initiated once the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

To qualify for a return, the item(s):

  • Must be in resalable condition
  • Must be free from scratches and/or defects
  • Must not have been installed
  • Must not be missing pieces


Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may be charged for the return of good stock.


Shipping Damage

If there is damage to the shipping packaging, fully inspect the product before signing any freight delivery receipts. If the product is damaged, you should decline the shipment and email us at onlinesales@zephyronline.com or call 1-888-880-8368 for a replacement.
